Shipping + Returns
We know buying a candle online is a little unorthodox. That's why we're making the process easier for you by offering FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimums required!
Candles are very fragile and can break or melt during transit. We are currently working towards finding the best solution for worldwide shipping and we thank our international friends for your patience.
We pride ourselves in our attention to detail and high quality. After we hand make each of our candles with love, we carefully inspect them to ensure our customers receive nothing short of perfection.
However, if your candle has been damaged during shipping, we will happily send you a new one. Please email us at email@example.com with a picture of your damaged candle within 7 days of delivery and we will work towards remedying your situation.
If you wish to exchange your candle for another product of the same price, please return your current candle to us within 7 days of delivery. Once received, we will reach out to you for further clarification regarding your exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs when sending your candle back to us. We hope you understand that used candles cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
